All QRS products are made to order with care, precision, and purpose. Because each garment is custom crafted to integrate our lifesaving QR technology, please allow approximately 15-20 business days for production.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver high-quality garments that could one day save a life.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a direct email from us with tracking information and details about the courier handling your delivery.
Please note: Shipping labels may be created before packages physically leave our facility. This can result in a short delay in tracking updates while your order is in transit.

SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally? Yes.
Do I need to pay customs on my orders? QRS: Quantum Recovery Sportswear Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duties that are levied on international orders. Tax rates may vary between Countries, and we unfortunately do not have control over any possible duties.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Transit times vary based on the shipping region and destination, in addition to our production time. Please note that this estimate applies solely to carrier transit times once a tracking number has been issued. The average shipping time is approximately 3–5 business days.
RETURNS
As all of our products are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns.
However, if you notice an issue with your order or wish to make changes, you can request to swap an item for another of equal value within 48 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to our support team right away, as adjustments cannot be made once the order nears the shipping phase.
I received my order and it was damaged or defective. What can I do? If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our support team within 3 days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the garment to help us resolve the issue promptly.
GENERAL
Where will my QRS-coded clothing work? It will function in all Countries that use 911 as their emergency service number. However, there may be challenges in regions where English is not the primary language.
Future Plans: We are actively working on expansion and translation to make this system more accessible worldwide!
